Sallie holds a B.A. Degree from Wilkes University.
She has over 25 years teaching experience in both traditional and suzuki methods. She specializes in classical but also teaches folk, jazz, popular and chamber music.
Many of her students have gone on to play with: the York Jr. Symphony, Youth Symphony and The York Symphony Orchestra.
A recital is held annually for all students who wish to participate.
Sallie has played with various professional orchestras including: The NE Philharmonic in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.; The Lakeland Symphony Orchestra in Lakeland, FL.; The Salt Lake City University Orchestra and Bel Air Community Orchestra.
She also studied voice and currently directs the Young Adult Choir at her church.
Students need only to bring their instrument on the first lesson.
