Gary Harrington
|
|
|
Gary Harrington has been performing throughout Central Pennsylvania for over 30 years. His main focus has centered around guitars (electric, acoustic, and classical), playing various styles including: blues, rock, jazz, etc... He also has an extensive background performing with electric bass, organ, and harmonica.
He spent several years at Allenbery Play House providing bass guitar for the shows Grease, Jesus Christ Superstar, Smokey Joe's Cafe and Honkeytonk Angels. In 2008, Little Shop Of Horrors at Hershey Little Theatre. Gary has taught guitar at the Boy's and Girl's Club of Harrisburg.
In 2003 and 20004 he conducted seminars at Dickinson College and hosted a radio show "The Blues I Choose". Gary can be found any Sunday Morning at Beulah Baptist Church in Steelton playing guitar, drums, or piano. His band, The Regulators, frequently plays throughout the Tri-County area.
